Is there a limit to the number of people sleeping together?
The maximum number of people varies depending on the room type.
  • 【Shiba】Up to 1 person
  • 【Unishi】Up to 2 person
  • 【Nishimi】Up to 3 person
  • However, if the number of people including those sleeping together does not reach the capacity, we will stay until the capacity is reached.
  • Infant (sleeping together): Until under 6 years old.
  • Child: Until the age of 12 year old.
  • If you are a junior high school student or older, please make a reservation as an "adult".
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on site. (Please remember to bring a cage or lead and pet food, etc.)
NOTE: Pets are not allowed in guest rooms.
Is it possible to pay by credit card?
Payment by credit card is possible.
Payment can be made in advance through online reservations or on-site.
Barcode payments are also available for local payments. Please inquire about available electronic payments.
Are fireworks allowed?
Yes. Fireworks are allowed up to 8:00pm.
Is there a pool?
This facility does not have a swimming pool.
The focus here is on enjoying the natural surroundings. Therefore, typical resort hotel style activities have not been made available.
Is there a convenience store?
The Oku Cooperative Store is just across the road.
What time is check in?
Check-in is between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
You must contact us by 4:00pm if you are going to arrive after 5:00pm. (The front desk closes at 5:00pm)
Is it possible to add breakfast / dinner to our reservation?
We offer a "Plan with BBQ set" for dinner.

There is also a cafeteria (open 11:30-15:00) within the facility.
Please take advantage of this as well.
Will there be a cancellation fee?
From May 1, 2021, we will charge a cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy below.
Please check again when processing your cancellation.
  • No-show/non-arrival without notification: 100% of accommodation fee
  • On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • The day before: 50% of the accommodation fee
  • From 7 days before: 30% of accommodation fee
  • *Cancellation policy may vary depending on the date of stay.
