The Oku Yambaru Koi Carp Streamer Festival has been cancelled

Hello everybody.
The 2020 Oku Yambaru Koi Carp Streamer Festival has had to be cancelled due to COVID-19 and insufficient staffing.
*The Koi Carp Streamers will not be put up.
*Whether next year's event will go ahead is yet to be determined.
